Do you take walk-ins?
Currently we are available by appointment only. We do accept last minute appointments if it fits our schedule, as well as night and weekends to accommodate our clientele. Booking can be done online. If you don't see anything open, text us 614-880-8222 or join our waitlist found on our booking site
What is your reschedule/ cancellation policy?
We understand that unexpected events happen, but in order to be fair to all clients, our rescheduling policy is strictly enforced. If your reservation will not work for any reason, please text us at 614-880-8222 or re-book online at least 24 hours in advance. If a notice is not given in this timeframe a 50% of total booked service(s) will apply and be charged to the card on file.
Should you forget or choose to forgo your appointment for whatever reason, you will be considered a “no-show.” No Show appointments without a 24 hr. notice will be charged 50% of service fee to card on file. After 1 no show, clients may be required to pay for appointments in full prior to booking.
PLEASE NOTE: emergency cancellations made less than 24 hours before appt will be charged 50% cancel fee unless waived and authorized by GLO. If GLO reschedules you due to an emergency and waives late notice /cancel fee, it is with the understanding that you will show up and complete the new appointment time. If you cancel the reschedule you will be charged the original late cancel fee of 50%. This ensures no one is abusing the "emergency cancel" situation.
What if I arrive late to my appointment?
If you are 15 or more minutes late for your appointment, the appointment may be cancelled and rescheduled (with a cancellation fee equal to 50% of total service price, applied to the card on file) OR you may choose to continue your appointment with services modified to fit appointment time, Please note: You will still be charged the full fee for the appointment even if services are modifed. We recommend calling or texting if you know you’re going to be late so we can let you know if you’re able to be seen.
What if I am sick on the day of my appointment?
We ask that if you have a fever or feel unwell, that you contact us so we may reschedule your appointment. Please do not arrive to your appointment showing symptoms of being sick.

Do you take male clients?
Yes, currently by referral only.
How should I handle gratuities?
Treatment and package prices do not include gratuity and not required or expected, but are welcome and appreciated. Cash is preferred but you may add to your CC bill at the end of service!
What payments do you accept?
Cash payments as well as credit card payments.
Can I choose a male or female esthetician/ Massage Therapist?
Currently, staff is all female.
Are your estheticians & Massage Therapists licensed by the state of Ohio?
Yes! Our estheticians are licensed by the state of Ohio Cosmetology & Barber Board. Our Massage Therapists are licensed by the Ohio Medical Board. All staff pursue and recieve certifications for all specialty work to ensure your safety.
Do you provide waxing services?
We do have a small menu of waxing services. We do not do Brazilians or bikini. Male clients are welcome with a referral.
Important Massage Info
All Massage & Bodyworks Services are performed by a licensed Massage Therapist. Certifications have been aquired for specialty treatments.
Inappropriate sexual conduct or requests are not tolerated and will result in immediate termination of service with full payment due. Depending upon nature of infraction, authorities may be notified.
What should I wear to my appointment?
A spa wrap will be provided for your convenience at the spa. Your esthetician will leave the room as you disrobe and you will lay under a sheet on the table. Upon completion of the treatment, your esthetician will again step out of the treatment room to allow you to redress. You are welcome to wear any clothing you came in with, BUT please note we can not be held responsible for it getting product on it if you do not use the wrap.
Can I wear makeup to my appointment?
It is recommended that you arrive to your appointment make-up free but at Glo Beauty Bar we understand life happens and sometimes that isn't an option. Simply note that heavy makeup removal takes time and your facial steps will be adjusted accordingly.
Can I wear jewelry to my appointment?
Please remove all jewelry before visiting the spa. Glo Beauty Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen items. If you have piercings we can work around them for a facial or a peel.
What if I am Pregnant, Have allergies or a physical ailment?
We will provide you with a pre-treatment questionnaire to go over these items with you. If you are not an ideal candidate for a treatment you wish to receive, we will suggest something appropriate that you will enjoy equally, if not more! If you are pregnant, Your physician can best advise you on which treatments are safe. We do have pregnancy safe ingredients for those who are cleared for facials. Pregnancy facials do not include massage on the hands or feet as it can induce contractions.
Should I shave before a facial?
Shaving for men is recommended but please be sure to do so at least two hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are a women receiving a dermaplane, please do not shave any part of your face prior to treatment as this could cause issues. If you have questions regarding this matter, please send us an email prior to scheduling and we can help you out!
Children, Teen & Young adult policies:
We welcome individuals aged 12 and above. Contact us at 614-880-8222 if you would like a facial for children under 12. Minors (guests under the age of 18) may only receive services following written parental/legal guardian consent. Guests under the age of 16 must have a parent/legal guardian present during the entirety of the performed service(s). GLO Beauty Bar reserves the right to limit and/or prohibit services for underage guests.
How often should I get a Facial?
Technically, you can get MOST(not all) facials weekly! Generally speaking tho, every four weeks would be ideal since skin regenerates itself approximately every 28 days. Keeping this schedule will sync with skin cell turnover, and allows your esthetician to monitor and keep your skincare routine on track. Dermaplane are strictly 3-4 weeks so you font get over exfoliated.
How do I know if I am a good candidate for a particular treatment?
